The performance and security in outdoor climbing sports can depend on anxieties. These appear in frightening situations where, e.g. a deep fall is risked. Deep falls can lead to serious injuries or even to fatal accidents. Such situations can be trained in order to be mentally resistant to them and to make climbing safer.

Günter Grass App
G:RASS is a mobile app for the Günter Grass Gallery in Gdansk. In his „Danzig Trilogy“ the Nobel Prize winner Günter Grass describes places of his hometown, how they used to be in the beginning of the 20th century. With the G:RASS-app the city gets surrounded by this passages. Using the augmented-reality-app, you can explore Gdansk from his point of view.
The Victory Pillar application is an augmented reality (AR) application, developed with the Microsoft Hololens(1). Pictures of graduated students get augmented with additional Information about the student and her or his thesis. An important goal of this application was to unite the virtual content with reality.
Gedankenbrücke - "Thought Bridge"
If people can no longer participate in social offers at other locations - for example, because their health does not allow it - their contacts will break down. At this point the "Thought Bridge" (DE Gedankenbrücke) yields in. This project its is specialized for memory training as a proof of concept.

It focuses on people to receive help and support or simply connect socially and give support to others that are long-lasting and engage people actively in the community after retirement.
AR Sound Sandbox
In this project we introduce a novel interface combining spatial and tangible interaction for creating audio-visual effects in a natural and engaging way. We demonstrate the setup by an artistic installation for creating ambient sound scapes that are controlled by a Lattice Boltzmann based particle simulation running through a deformable landscape.
ChronoTV: Supporting care assistants’ daily work by providing a management and presentation platform for biographic multi-media content.
Public Brewing is an interactive media facade for the entertaining, informative and at the same time technically correct explanation of the brewing process of old beer. In 2014 the project was developed to the football world championship in cooperation with the house brewery of 'Uerige' and performed during 3 weeks with the facade of the house brewery in the Old Town of Dusseldorf.
